A Winning English Academy, fundada em 2015, é a primeira escola de idiomas de propriedade taiwanesa nas Filipinas. O diretor Malcolm possui vasta experiência mundial em recursos humanos. Ele é apaixonado por educação e se empenha em oferecer aos alunos habilidades práticas, bem como uma mentalidade internacional.

O Winning Global EduTech Group também oferece programas online para formar "talentos internacionais", com foco no uso de recursos premium, currículos e professores que passaram por treinamento extensivo. Nosso objetivo é ajudar os alunos a adquirir habilidades práticas de inglês que possam usar no dia a dia, a fim de melhorar sua competitividade global.

Olá, sou o Malcolm, cofundador da Winning English Academy. Antes de iniciar a Winning com meu parceiro filipino, Stanley, em 2015, passei 15 anos trabalhando em uma agência global de recrutamento em Taiwan e nas Filipinas. Durante esse tempo, reconheci a necessidade crucial de um centro de inglês que não apenas ensinasse o idioma, mas também formasse talentos globais capazes de prosperar em um mercado de trabalho internacional competitivo. Nunca aprendi inglês em uma sala de aula tradicional; em vez disso, aprendi por meio de interações com pessoas de vários países ao longo da minha carreira. Isso me inspirou a criar uma “Vila Global” na Winning, onde os alunos podem aprender inglês na sala de aula e por meio de conversas com colegas internacionais.
